I find Jared to be the most capable Chief Architect designer I have ever worked with. Jared is very efficient and thorough at developing the residential Chief Architect models. In addition to being competent, Jared makes himself available to provide personal 1-on-1 training over the internet, which has been a huge blessing to our company and clients."

"Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"We entered a contract with Michael Lewallen for a major addition. We chose him because his bid was the lowest. Michael Lewallen, after collecting 95% of our money, with only 60% of the project completed, said he underbid the project and basically, at the point we were on our own. He breached our contract. We paid out of pocket six figures, if we hadnâ t our project would have sat, open to the elements. It is money we did not have. It canâ t be blamed on Covid because had it been completed in the contractual 8 months, it would have been done before the pandemic. Also, some of the sub contractors told us they either had a terrible time getting paid, or they didnâ t get paid at all. In order to complete our project, we had to pay the sub contractors out of our pocket, after we had already paid Michael Lewallen for the very same services. We also paid in full any change orders to Lewallen. Much of those monies were kept by Lewallen and then we had to pay again directly to the sub contractor. We talked with two others of his customers, one project sits and the other elderly couple have paid 90% as well and their project is approximately 30% completed. Michael Lewallen underbids, slow walks the projects while billing aggressively each month, and you pay because if you don't, you are afraid he will stop totally. Once he has your money, he shuts down his services. Our project was contractually promised to be completed in eight months. After 15 months, and us begging to get a roof, a garage door, drywall, painting (everything we had already paid for), he pulled the rug out on us. I have had to hire an attorney. Michael is a master salesman. His website is awesome. But it is used to draw in customers, and once you sign a contract, the nightmare begins. If you are even thinking about doing business with him, talk to someone who has signed with him for a project at least six months ago. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MICHAEL LEWALLEN."

"Josh has always been prompt and communicative with every interaction we've had. I initially got in touch with him about new construction design questions, and when we discovered that our current home porch posts had rotted through due to faulty design by the original home designer, Josh jumped into action. He had his engineer and construction crew to our door within 24 hours to take a look and put together a plan. He took my design ideas and brought them to life. He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work. We were beyond pleased with his customer service! We will definitely use Revival Home Designs in the future when we decide to build our forever home."
