"The above customer claimed All Phase Construction was not responsive to her requests but in all actuality, All Phase was working with the insurance company/adjuster to get all issues and requests resolved. When working with an insurance company/adjusters the contractor must receive prior approval on any and all extra/unforeseen damages that where not on the original scoop of work. This process takes time and it is out of the hands of the contractor. The contractor must receive prior approval from the insurance company/adjuster before any extra work can begin. The above customer also said All Phase Construction worked with her on the cost of their insurance project. Sometimes customers do not have sufficient coverage on their policy or enough money to pay their deductible, but as stated in her statement above, All Phase allowed the customer to help with costs by allowing them to do some of the work themselves. We strive to help our customers during the restoration process. It is unfortunate that this customer's experience with All Phase Construction was not up to her expectation."
