All Phase Construction has provided quality service for the Pacific Northwest for over 23 years and has built an excellent reputation for our craft and customer service. Our services cover insurance work, repair work, new construction, and any miscellaneous project. We provide complimentary estimates, and around the clock consultation. Our entire staff is covered by workers compensation and we follow OSHA's guidelines for safe, and precise craftsmanship. No doubt the most customer oriented team I dealt with. My project was going badly so my insurance adjuster told be about All Phase in Longview. I have never been so happy with an insurance adjuster. All Phase took over and completed the project with real professionalism. The owner is the face of the company and makes sure the customer feels like an actual customer. Quality and timeliness + communication are all done with the customer in mind. You will feel as special as you are. Thank you All Phase.

DID A GREAT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. STARTED ON JOB PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M., UNTIL 3 P.M. EVERYDAY, UNTIL JOB WAS COMPLETED. I HAVE HAD SOME CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT THAT DEPENDABLE OR HAVE TOO MANY JOBS GOING AT ONE TIME. STAY CLEAR FROM THOSE FOLKS IS MY ADVICE TO ANYBODY. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT THOUGH.

WAS PRETTY QUICK IT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO FINISH IT ALL BUT THEY WERE ON THE BALL. SHOWED UP PROMPT AT 8AM EACH MORNING AND WORKED UNTIL ABOUT 3 SHOWING PRIORITY TO FINISH MY JOB.
Description of Work: HUNG THE SHEET ROCK, TAPED, MUDDED, AND TEXTURED THE WALLS ON THE INSIDE OF MY GARGAGE.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE COOL, PROFESSIONAL, FAST AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE. THEY SEEMED QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MANY OF THE CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING FIELDS.
Description of Work: BATHROOM REMODEL. WE HAD SOME MOLD GROWING ON BOTTOM WALL SO WE HAD TO REMOVE AND REPAIR THE WALL. WE ENDED UP FINALLY COMPLETELY REMODELING THE WHOLE BATHROOM FROM BOTTOM UP.

THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE TO REQUESTS THAT WE MADE. WE HAD TO GET OUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO HELP WORK THINGS OUT BETWEEN US ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS. THEY DID HOWEVER WORK WITH US ON COSTS, LETTING US DO SOME OF THE WORK.

Response from All Phase Construction
The above customer claimed All Phase Construction was not responsive to her requests but in all actuality, All Phase was working with the insurance company/adjuster to get all issues and requests resolved. When working with an insurance company/adjusters the contractor must receive prior approval on any and all extra/unforeseen damages that where not on the original scoop of work. This process takes time and it is out of the hands of the contractor. The contractor must receive prior approval from the insurance company/adjuster before any extra work can begin. The above customer also said All Phase Construction worked with her on the cost of their insurance project. Sometimes customers do not have sufficient coverage on their policy or enough money to pay their deductible, but as stated in her statement above, All Phase allowed the customer to help with costs by allowing them to do some of the work themselves. We strive to help our customers during the restoration process. It is unfortunate that this customer's experience with All Phase Construction was not up to her expectation.
