"TLDR: All in all great value, quality, and flexibility. Overall I would absolutely hire Dogwood again. I would only be a little more careful to think of and express important specifications rather than leave anything assumed/unwritten. Dogwood was the only one who walked most of the job and considered challenges for the job before giving the quote. Most other contractors wanted a flat daily rate and made an arbitrary promise to get X done per day. Dogwood instead looked at it and considered the variables, told me what site prep to do, and worked diligently to execute the job. As with any contractor, I recommend putting any discussion and decision into writing. Several agreed topics/decisions and specifications were either forgotten or not followed. Miscommunications and last minute "boots on the ground" adjustments happen. Keeping things clear and written down (even on a post it for an adjustment the crew needs to remember) will help everyone."

"I had a hard time finding anyone to bid this project from Angie's List. Contacted several people who never responded or made appointments and never showed. All had A ratings? Out of three who actually showed up. Two provided bids. Harry from About Time was the higher of the two but I felt he understood the challanges of working on an older building. Project took longer than expected to complete however I am happy with end result. Harry has good communication and addressed all all of my concerns. In the end he made sure I was satisfied before closing out the project."

"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose?
