"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "We recently hired Pure home remodeling to remodel our kitchen. The kitchen remodeling included new design, all the upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel double sink, large island, new paint, new electrical light fixtures and hardwood floor. On top of the kitchen remodeling project, we also decided to remodel our 2 walk-in closets by replacing all the existing shelfs with a complete custom designed ones in both of them. During the work, Lorenzo was our project manager and he visited our house on a daily basis, making sure that all the involved workers will complete the daily tasks without any mistakes.
