"A large amount of hot wax was spilled into the sink of our first-floor bathroom. It cooled and plugged our whole system. We tried hot water and a "home" snake to no avail. We called Conan. He came the next day, arrived when he said he would. He worked for over two hours and had to go into the basement pipes, but he cleared our system. He was pleasant, professional, and charged a fair price. It just doesn't get any better than this!"

"I hired Joel and his company to install an overhead hood in our kitchen. He ended up drilling an extra hole in the flange of the hood to attach it to the ceiling because he did not have enough wood to attach to the ceiling as a mounting point for the hood. The orientation of the hood was slightly tilted as a result. Furthermore, his people cut through 80% of one of the joists in the ceiling to route the ducting to go outside and did not reinforce the joist afterwards. When I pointed out these issues, he asked me for an additional $310 to the $1210 I already paid for the service to rectify these problems his team caused. I refused and decided to have another contractor do the job correctly. Absolutely do not recommend."
