"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"

"I never expected in two hours to get my design problems solved AND a rough design sketched out. Tim was brilliant. I can use him when I need him throughout the building process, and he's advised how to proceed step by step. Great communicator. Good sense of humor. Completely reliable, trustworthy. A gem."

"We had a huge job in our yard that included several aspects of technical work: walls, leveling, patio floors, drainage, irrigation, lighting, conduits, and more. We were very happy with the overall process of getting it done, efficiency of work, and communication. The finished patio looks great!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

Grab Bar Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, burglar bars are highly effective at securing windows and deterring burglars. Intruders typically seek easy targets they can enter and exit quickly, so the presence of bars often convinces them to move on. If an attempt is made, the bars make the break-in more difficult, time-consuming, and likely to attract attention. Window security bars can withstand considerable force and are a relatively affordable, low-tech security solution that is easy for most homeowners to install. In addition to security, window bars also offer the benefit of protecting children and pets from accidental falls.

To install window security bars, you have to mount the bars securely to opposite sides of the window frame. A home has structural framing directly behind window frames, so the screws you use to mount burglar bars need to be long enough to reach that framing. With bars installed between these secure anchors, you'll have a barrier that deters intruders.

Burglar bars can go either inside or outside a window. However, internally mounted security bars provide the advantage of being inaccessible from outside the property without breaking a window. If a burglar were to break the glass and attempt to attack the inside bar attachment, they would risk setting off a glass break window alarm sensor.

There are a number of ways to secure windows. You can add motion detectors or window sensors to detect movement and impact or change the window locks to make them stronger. Some of the ways you can secure windows are much like how you secure a home: closing the curtains at night and setting up security cameras outside so you can monitor your property even in your absence.

Locksmiths offer keyless entry systems, high-security locks, panic bars, electronic access control, and biometric security solutions.
