"We had a wonderful experience having our new units installed by Sunset Air. Our initial contact Jessie was great to work with. The installation team of Ian, Jason, and Michael, and the Electricians Tristan and Justin were all very professional and did a great job. Jessie made several trips to our home, confirming our system as the team at Sunset Air put together a plan and identified what system would best suit our needs. The team was able to troubleshoot our old 1970 furnace and heat pump system. The system was a unique installation in an outside furnace room with a lot of the plumbing running under the home. Removal was quick. The new installation required some custom-designed Ductwork and some changes to the electrical system to ensure proper installation. The installation team was always on time, and when they left, you would never have known they were there; they took everything with them daily. Once the system was complete, we received a comprehensive run-through of the entire system and tips for maintaining the overall system. We were kept informed all the way through the process. Ian and Michael went the extra mile at the end and noticed the UV Units were not working correctly because our custom system wasn’t providing enough pressure to turn the units on. They spent the time troubleshooting and custom fabricating a workaround on the fly, adjusting to ensure the system was working. We had our County Inspection the next day, and the County inspector was impressed and had great things to say about the installation. We hesitated for years to replace the furnaces because with an old farmhouse, everything turns into a “CUSTOM” Job and typically is full of heartache and pain with cost overruns and the “What We thought was.” Not with these guys. They came in, did a fantastic job, and finished not just on time, which has never happened at our home. They Finished Early !! Thank you to the whole team at Sunset Air. "While we ended up with a new fence at the end of the day, it was an awful experience and I can't recommend Alpine. They were great upfront, then it all went downhill when the work started. The estimated 2-week project took 8 weeks to complete. Communication was consistently poor. Several times no one showed up on site or even responded to calls and texts for multiple days. We received complaints from neighbors from builders leaving trash and trampling their plants. For what we paid, we did not expect this level of unprofessionalism."

"Avoid at all costs – terrible workmanship and unprofessional behavior We hired Contour Fence to rebuild our backyard fence, and it turned into a frustrating, costly nightmare. I’m writing this to help others avoid the same mistake. Here’s what went wrong: 🔹 They violated our property line – The new fence was built over 1 foot into our yard, shrinking our usable space and breaching the terms of our signed contract. 🔹 Poor construction quality – The fence is not level across multiple sections. – Boards began warping and deteriorating within 1-2 months of installation. – A reputable contractor who inspected the fence told us it was so poorly built and used such low-quality materials that it couldn't be salvaged — it has to be completely rebuilt. 🔹 Zero accountability, only threats – When we raised these issues and requested a refund, Contour Fence threatened to file a lien on our home. – We retained an attorney and presented clear evidence of the construction flaws and contract violations. – Their own attorney chose not to represent them after reviewing the case. – Despite this, they had the nerve to ask us to pay their legal fees. We decided not to pursue small claims court purely to save our time and energy — not because they had a leg to stand on. We’re confident we would win, but the hassle isn’t worth it.
