I can clean a 1 bed/1 bath apartment or house in 3 hours for $30. I will require an extra 30 minutes per additional room, and every additional hour is $15. The estimate, which included quality padding, and cleaning after installation, was reasonable and we were impressed with Rob's professionalism.
