"The job was done in the estimated time frame and Luis did a thorough job. Actually, he did beyond what he stated on the estimate. Thoroughly caulked where need and 2 coats paint. Even caulking and painting an upright trim board at the bottom where water was damaging the wood. We're very pleased with his honesty, integrity and work ethic."

Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart.
