The job was done in the estimated time frame and Luis did a thorough job. Actually, he did beyond what he stated on the estimate. Thoroughly caulked where need and 2 coats paint. Even caulking and painting an upright trim board at the bottom where water was damaging the wood. We're very pleased with his honesty, integrity and work ethic.
