Based on this collected data he performed calculations to assure the building met IRC 2021 code. He identified a deficiency in the foundation and developed a reasonable and simple construction corrective action plan. The Washington Engineering report was submitted to Mason County as a part of a Permit Application. The report package was accepted by the County.
