"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."

They couldâ ve cut corners to save money and make a better profit but instead they just gave us a better home Now that Iâ ve worked with a new builder, Iâ m even more surprised at everything that was included in our home. Heâ s just a standup good community building person that stands by his words and means what he says. When we move back to Washington state Iâ m hoping to build with him again hands-down, I truly canâ t express my gratitude. Andy doesnâ t just build homes he builds communities."

"John Perry underbid all others... with no plan to do the work at all. He preys on Senior Citizens! He requires half down. Sets up a date to supposedly do the work....then never shows up. Doesn’t answer his phone....then goes off when confronted. This is the absolute worst business person...born and raised in our area...to do business with. Always Painting and Restoration was the name of his business 3 businesses ago!!! He just closes them and gets a new person to back him then rips off more citizens. Beware of Always Painting and Contracting....his most current business name. The WALabor and Industries site shows a woman in Centralia as owner.... but This piece of work is just trying to figure out ways to rip people off but cover his butt as a limited liability partner. BEWARE!!! Do not shop the harbor first with this rip off!!!"
