Greg has done several projects for me: Bridge replacement, structure removal, field mowing, fence removal, blackberry clearing, gate repair, removal of large debris pile consisting of concrete, rocks and dirt. No matter how odd the job he always figures out a way to get it done. He is dependable, and does quality work at a very fair price.

As a listing agent I enlisted G & S Property Enhancements to help two Sellers to prepare their homes to be move in ready before putting them on the market for sale. Work included restoring wood flooring, replacing doors and door frames, repair damaged drywall, clean gutters, windows and pressure wash sidewalks and driveways. There were many minor repairs that were needed also. Greg did an excellent job on all categories and was resourceful in repairing rather than simply replace with all new items. The standard of care was remarkable and he kept the property clean at the end of each day. I highly recommend him.

I hired Greg last minute to help get rid of a lot of old furniture and junk. He fit this in to his schedule, even though he was on another job. I was so impressed with his willingness to help on such notice, and after he had already worked a full day. I can't thank him enough! I would highly recommend him , and would use his services again!

He showed up on time, got all of our rubbish and moving boxes out of our garage, and did everything quite well. We had 300 pieces in our move and Greg consolidated everything and completed same day. Very courteous and efficient.

We hired G&S to remove an unwanted, large, heavy piece of furniture. It wasn't easy, but he was able to disassemble it in order to get it out of the house. He was even able to reschedule us a day earlier so as not to conflict with another contractor. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of work to get it out of the home.
