On top of a thorough maintenance pass -cleaning dryer vents and refrigerator compressors, they also addressed a random list of things like a loose sink, and faulty bath faucet, a couple of dead outlets and misbehaving light switches but also troublshot our mysterious radiant floor system, got it all working and explained how it was set up.
