Deck repair Larry from Classic Building & Construction gave me a reasonable estimate and performed the agreed upon work on time and at the estimated price. Larry also gave me some very helpful tips on how to do the portion of the project that I will do. I will definitely use Classic again.

Larry From BC construction was a pleasure to work with on our deck repair and refurbishing job. He provided helpful advice during the initial consultation and provided a very fair and reasonable quote on the project. The deck was completed very quickly. Also quality of the final work was excellent and exceeded our expectations, for example in addition to the contracted work he also implemented a number of small changes that improved the stability of the deck beyond it's original design. I would definitely hire him again and would feel confident recommending him to any of my friends.

Super happy with the work. We contracted an extension (200+ sf) to our deck with new stairs and moving the existing stairs to the second floor. Work was done fast and clean. Price was afordable. Pleasant and reliable, kept his promisses. No BS whatsoever - so rare nowadays. It was a pleasure to work with this provider. Keeping him on my list for any upcoming projects. Highly recomended..

I'm happy to find Larry from Servicemagic. I was looking for a contractor to repair some small jobs after the inspection. He came out the next day for estmate. He didn't mind at all for those small jobs and repaired them with a reasonable price. He is professional, on-time, knowledgable (fully answered my questions) and friendly. I will definitely pass his contact around to my friends and hire him again for future repairs.

"Daves project consisted of building a 12'x12' composit deck with enough support to handle the weight of a portable hot tub. I figured the total weight to be app. 3000 lbs. with people in it. Great challenge to keep the cost low but it came out great."

Larry was very professional and spoke very clearly and concisely about what he was going to do. He is also extremely friendly and very personable to the point I would feel comfortable recommending him and his service to older folks that may be leery about letting a stranger into their home. I hired him for a half day project and he finished ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with him and his work.

Larry was quick to come out on a Sunday to do emergency repairs to the front door to make it secure again. Then he did a thourough job on replacing the jamb and reinforcing it with the frame. You can't even tell it was busted in by looking at it.

"Jeffs job was interesting,I got the call Sunday morning during a NFL playoff game.He explained his front door had been kicked in during a robbery the night before and the jamb was extensively damaged and would no longer latch or lock. I explained what I could do for him that day and it was to pick up a piece of 3/4" plywood and secure the door until proper repair was completed (I was done with it by thursday). The door was a beautiful fir craftsman style door so we saved that and I removed the door jamb and I made a new one to match the door exactly, with extra reinforcement.probably a savings of a $1000 or more."

"I went to Kays house to do some drywall repair and paint, I ended up installing and painting all new door trim, base trim, and crown moulding through out her whole house as well as adding a niche in one of her walls. She liked my work and wanted me to install all new blinds in her house. I appreciate the extra work."

Larry called me right away after I put my service request in. He came the next day to provide me an estimate. I have him fix the two broken posts for the stair rail and replace the soaked baseboard in bathroom. Larry did a great job to get both things done. They looked like new. I am very happy with Larry's work. He is also professional, polite and always keep me informed and provide me prompt responses if I have any questions. I will definitely hire him again!

The contractor contacted me imediately after I talked with Servicemagic, he was professional, polite, & fully answered all my questions. He arrived 2 hrs later, gave me an estimate and completed the project that day - which involved replacing asphalt shingles, cleaning the roof & gutters & applying moss-off & cleaning up after himself. Cost was very reasonable, & we are very happy with the result. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Larry was a "do-it all" handyman! Very friendly and honest with PLENTY of experience to tackle just about any house hold needs. He did great work in my new home putting up curtain rods, power washing the exterior, closing up holes in my garage walls, and securing down a wobbly island in my kitchen. I plan on using him for all my remodeling/handy man needs. I would without a doubt recommend him =)
