We specialize in all aspects of automatic entry gate and security systems. We are fully licensed to perform all electrical work from your gate to your home or business. Our employees are cross trained in all areas of gate systems. Our welders carry a electrical license or trainees card and our installers (electricians) are also welders. While some companies are licensed and trained on only some areas of the gates system we do it all. We have been in business for 13 years. Extremely good customer service is what we base our business decisions on. During these times when some business are cutting corners to stay profitable, we are concentrating on how to make our gate systems better knowing that good word of mouth will will bring us more work in the future. When considering a company to install your automatic entry gate system please call washington state department of labor (509) 324-2600 to insure your contractor is a licensed contractor and also a licensed electrical contractor. Another area to be carefull of is to make sure the electrical contractor is licensed to perform all aspects of the gate electrical system. Some gate contractors are only trained and licensed on the less technical parts of the gate system.

We're in it to make a living, not a killing. We perform all the job related activities of an electrical contractor that other companies do, we just don't hit your wallet so hard. AdenBecks, LLC began doing business in 1985 and is still a family owned and operated company. Currently our hourly rate is $60.00 per hour. That is also our service call rate for the first hour. We have traveled as far north as Northport, Washington and as far south as Colfax, and Dusty, Washington. We have gone east as far as Priest Lake, Idaho and as far west as Ritzville, and Benge, Washington. For longer trips we charge for windshield time but do not add a trip fee on top of that. We prefer to "walk the job" with the customer to ascertain their needs versus wants are, as well as to advise them of how we can save them money. However we can make proposals and bids based on architectural drawings if you prefer. Our technicians have a wide variety of job experience with and in other trades and can help mitigate problems that commonly arise when more than one trade is needed to complete a job. We can provide previous customers' contact information if you wish to view the work we did or ask how we and our employees are as a company. Our electricians are members of the Inland Northwest chapter of the International association of Electrical Inspectors. These documents include a suggested list of questions to ask all of your electrical bidders.

"The WORST Customer Service I have ever received which came from the Co-Owner David Thoeny. (Ok, top 3 worst). I hired a contractor for completion of new roof, hardy plank, rock, and gutters. During this time the contractor crew damaged 2 lights. Contractor called Adenbecks and scheduled them to come to fix the damage. Invoice was sent to contractor who did not pay it. I then received the invoice saying the contractor stated it was my responsibility (which is not true after talking to the contractor). I DID NOT call Adenbecks to my home. I emailed to communicate the above and received an email from David Thoeny stating that the work was completed at my address and it was my responsibility. If I did not pay it Adenbecks would take legal actions to collect this. I had knowledge of this invoice for 1 week. There was no customer service in communication on this issue. I decided to pay the invoice and take it up with the contractor. I feel this was not my responsibility. When I phoned to make the payment, David Thoeny answered the phone and was rude, condescending, and told me he thinks that if a customer does not pay an invoice within 30 days they are likely not going to pay it and he thinks his threat of legal action was acceptable and HE IS NOT AFRAID TO SUE ME. I had knowledge of this invoice for 7 days! He was not interested in that fact. Lack of communication from the office was terrible. Calls not returned, very poor customer service, and plain disrespect from the co-owner David Thoeny. Beware in doing business with this company. I will NEVER call them for my electrical needs."
