"Hired them 9/6/2025. They sent out a third party to measure the home. That third party never provided Evolution the measurements. Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"

I initially got in touch with him about new construction design questions, and when we discovered that our current home porch posts had rotted through due to faulty design by the original home designer, Josh jumped into action. He had his engineer and construction crew to our door within 24 hours to take a look and put together a plan. He took my design ideas and brought them to life. He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work. We were beyond pleased with his customer service! We will definitely use Revival Home Designs in the future when we decide to build our forever home."

We’ve been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy. The guys are our crew were Colin, Max and Michael, and Patrick was the Construction Manager. In both cases, the finished projects were even more stunning than we expected. Top notch."
