He took the money didn't count it, then after the work was completed and all was said and done he knocks on my door and tells me that I shorted him 200$. I told him no way that was possible. I believe he either paid the concrete guy to much or was unhappy the day before I wasn't willing to pay for a dump run that he should have quoted me. I handed him some spare cash I had and he left. I Learned when paying cash. Have the guy count the money in front of you to make sure you don't get screwed."
