I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "
