He did a wonderful job, and explained to me what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. He explained that I had some spots that I had, and my carpet wasn't so dirty, so he just used the system that wasn't so bad. Some people just come and put water on your carpet. I got more work then the work because he said I was on Angie's List.
