He did a wonderful job, and explained to me what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. He explained that I had some spots that I had, and my carpet wasn't so dirty, so he just used the system that wasn't so bad. Some people just come and put water on your carpet. I got more work then the work because he said I was on Angie's List. He would always call when he was expected to call, and when he was running late on the other job, he would call and say that he was running late. I will use him again when my carpet gets bad."
