Solid Surface Solutions was established in 2004 by the Dudley family. We specialize in the sale, fabrication, and installation of countertops in natural and engineered stone slab products. Our work spans the greater tri-county region and includes commercial, wholesale, and retail projects. We are located in Pacific, WA just off State Route 167. At our 10,000 square foot facility we maintain our offices and fabrication warehouse where we employ cutting-edge technology from laser templating to CNC machines. We have a force of 40 employees on site daily providing estimates, templates, fabrication, and installation work for stone slab surfaces. We got 7 bids for the work and chose them because they came out in person and were detailed in what they needed to do to both prep the walls, remove/repair the existing 4" backsplash of countertop material, as well as install the tile properly. They brought sample grout colors to help select one that best matched the handmade tile and worked with us on selecting the schluter and options for sealing the tile. They came up with solutions to help the tile fit into the space seamlessly - like it was there from the beginning. While our 7 bids ranged from $1,200 to over $3,400 - Remarkable Concepts actually completed the project in a day at lower price than their original estimate. We appreciated the follow-up they did after they finished the project to make sure we were satisfied and there were no issues/questions with the install."
