We are proud of our excellent communication system and high rate of customer satisfaction. We provide our own organic cleaning supplies that are pets and kids “friendly”. We can assure you that the same professional will be coming and cleaning your house each time. Also, we are time constant and coming every week and every two or four weeks at the same time, we can be flexible as well in case you have some unplanned schedule changes. A&K was a great experience. I have never hired a service to clean my house before and relied on reviews on businesses in my area for research. Everything was easy - from the initial emails, quotes, scheduling, etc. to the end product. )was great at keeping me posted with updates and Mike and Virginia were outstanding with deep cleaning our home. They were friendly, professional, quiet (!) - I never knew housecleaning didn't involve a lot of clanking around. :) and were able to clean everything asked in the allotted amount of time. I wouldn't hesitate hiring A&K again and will call on them for carpet cleaning soon!

Initially had a bad interaction with them. The owner was seriously concerned and went out of his way to make it right. That was true customer service. It was greatly appreciated and the team did a great job. The manager was awesome too.

They gave me a deal because they were supposed to do a cleaning in Dec and they refused to do it. So I gave them an F review. So he called me and really tried to make it up with the customer service. Because they didn't do the cleaning and they didn't give me a refund and they just kind of blew me off. Then I gave them the F review. So the owner really did everything that he could to make up for that. They really did go above and beyond. He gave me a refund and an additional gift card as well as kept asking me to give them a second chance to make it up to me. So for that I gave them an A review the second time I graded them because he really took it to heart that I was not happy with their service and went above and beyond to make it up to me. It was 2 people and they were very nice. One didn't speak English. I think they were from Ukraine or something.

A & K is excellent. They are not the cheapest option out there, but they are, in our opinion, the best. We'd hired other house cleaners from other companies before, but were never satisfied until we found A&K. A & K communicates with us each week. If our regular house cleaner (whom we LOVE) is ill or on vacation, they let us know as soon as possible and ask if we'd like to have someone substitute. The substitutes have always been excellent as well. I don't worry about damage or things missing and my house looks wonderful when I get home. A & K is great at communicating, great at cleaning my home. Once in the 3 or 4 years an item was bumped and they let us know right away and apologized. When I looked at the item - I couldn't see any damage, would never have known if they hadn't told me. I so appreciate their honesty, integrity, communication and skill at cleaning my home the way I want it to be cleaned.

The price for first three rooms was OK. No discount even the rooms were mostly covered by furniture and each room is lot smaller than 200 SF. The price for added rooms/areas are pretty high. They reached out to me and took steps to fix the issue.

We've been very impressed with A&K Cleaning in the months since we've been using them. We switched to them after having another house cleaning service for years that really started going downhill in terms of quality. I couldn't be happier that we switched! From the very first contact, Helen at A&K has been a pleasure to deal with. The two women who came to do the first deep clean were fantastic, and since then, our regular house cleaners have been coming and doing a wonderful job. The price is completely fair for what they do. Helen even texts me the day before they're scheduled to come as a reminder. I've recommended them to several friends we've been so impressed with their quality and professionalism.

It went really well. They came on time and were very professional. The house is now incredibly clean and the chaos more under control. It ended up taking about twice as long as estimated to do the deep clean, but they stuck to their initial estimate and were very nice about everything. I am definitely going to continue using them.

After doing some research, I decided to go with A&K Cleaning because of their amazing reviews on here and on Yelp! The whole experience was a breeze, and they were even able to schedule an appointment that same week. The guys who came out to do the cleaning were on time, very professional, and explained the whole process and pricing one more time before beginning the cleaning. My carpet has never looked so bright (it is a light beige, almost white carpet) and I feel so much more comfortable putting my baby down on my carpet! It smells nice and fresh too. Highly recommend these people for carpet cleaning, very pleasant experience. They also call and follow up to make sure that you're completely happy with their services, and I was!

We hired A&K to get to the tasks we are not making time to get to- the weekly and monthly big cleaning projects. We are really happy with how our bath looks and she is making big progress on a year of neglect in the kitchen.

They are great! Punctual, follow directions, reliable, and very good cleaners. They do an excellent job and are very responsive if I need to change dates. They are not the least expensive, but the quality and service is totally worth it. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went very well. Communication was very quick and efficient. I pinged the company on Saturday and on Monday, they had a team out in the morning. My house is sparkling now! We will definite be using A&K for our regular house cleaning moving forward.
