"Northwest Home Repair responded immediately when contacted about a water leak that I couldn't locate, but could hear. Two technicians worked to finally locate the leak (unfortunately it was in the crawl space under my house) and a third plumber made the repair. I was informed up front of all costs. "Randy gave us an estimate, and stuck exactly with the estimate. Randy and his crew weâ re very professional, reliable and courteous. They did an amazing job digging out behind our place (which was not easily accessible), and put in a retaining wall which but up nicely with our neighbours.
