We are a full service restoration contractor. We do every phase of construction. Our specialties are restoration for insurance companies, flood and water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning. We want all 5's on our customer surveys and want to make sure you know that before we start. When it comes to drying a water damage, we can get it dry in 1 or 2 days where all of our competition takes 3 days to 2 weeks. Where dreams are restored!

Yes. Steam cleaning is one of the most effective ways to clean a mattress because the heat from the steam can kill dust mites and bed bugs. Using steam that is at least 212 degrees F can also disinfect the material.

Stay away from using window cleaners and other harsh cleaning solutions on antique wood—or any wood in your home for that matter. The pH of the cleaners can break down the finish and permanently damage and stain the wood below. Even when it comes to more durable areas, such as when cleaning your baseboards, only use cleaning solutions that are safe for porous materials. 

To remove dog or cat urine from a microfiber couch, use a safe solution for your furniture based on its cleaning code. First, blot up as much as possible, then cover the area with baking soda for a few hours to remove the smell. For S cleaning codes, use a spray bottle to spritz the stained area with rubbing alcohol and gently scrub with a microfiber cloth until the urine is gone. Use the same process for W or S-W cleaning codes but with 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of rubbing alcohol. 

You can use saddle soap to clean a leather sofa, but use it sparingly. Saddle soap cleans and conditions leather but can be too harsh for some types of furniture. Test it first on a small, unnoticeable part of the sofa to avoid accidentally damaging it. Apply a small amount with a damp cloth, gently work it into the leather, and wipe off the excess with a clean, dry cloth. Afterward, use a leather conditioner to keep the leather supple and prevent drying.

Sometimes you will need a stronger cleaning solution to thoroughly clean furniture before painting. It’s best to start with a mild solution to avoid damaging the surface, especially if it is an antique piece. If you need to use a stronger mixture, try a commercial cleaner or mineral spirits. Before applying any solution, do a test patch on an inconspicuous area so you don’t risk damaging the finish.
