"Puget Sound Builders & Renovation provided professional service and quality workmanship throughout our renovation. The team respected our home, completed the work efficiently, and ensured everything met our expectations. We appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction."

"They did excellent work. I had a sewer back-up which completely flooded my entire main floor of my home. These guys came into my home and worked every day at least 8 hours per day restoring my home and making it better than it was before. They did extra work like fixing thing as they went along that another contractor messed up. They were kind and understanding the stress I was going through being displaced. Within three weeks they finished the job. I have had this work done before and the contractor took six months. I felt I got my moneys worth. I was treated respectfully and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a home remodel."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! We are already planning to hire them again, to do the trim in the kitchen, and replace a window in the garage that is broken. I highly recommend Jack, Isaac, and Josh."

"Near Me Roofing Company come over to work on my house for a new metal roof. Was really pleased with the work and quality for the company , I highly recommend this roofing company.."

"I wanted to take a moment and share what a great job Serge did installing white subway tile backsplash in my kitchen! He was honest, polite, forthright, accurate and his craftsmanship skills are excellent! I am very satisfied with how it turned out and I would recommend anyone in the area looking for some professional help on those tougher home renovation projects!"

"northwest builders & renovation did a great job working on my roof and siding. Production team and overall crew was outstanding. Home was left super clean after the work."

"So thankful to have Tom’s help throughout the years. He has been working for our family for over eight years, on three different houses in many different capacities. Tom’s attention to detail and problem solving work ethic always result in the highest quality finishes and solutions. Whether working in the capacity of handyman, general contractor, or house manager, Tom has always good-naturedly taken it upon himself to aid us, whatever our needs might be. Investigating different projects/options on our behalf. Concisely presenting them to us and then carrying them thru to completion. As we live out of town six months a year Tom’s oversight of our property gives us great comfort knowing that our home is well cared for in our absence. Trust me, if you hire Tom, you will be very happy you did so!"

"I hired Iconiq Construction Service for my kitchen remodel, and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, friendly, and finished on time. I love my new modern kitchen!"
