"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing and mechanical."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage.
