"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"Adrian fixed the tile shower that had water damage. He is responsive and on time. He did a great job rebuilding some damaged surface and put the tiles back on. The grout he used is very high quality and hopefully will last much longer than the previous grout."

Occurred prior to the holidays so difficult to find someone to come out and replace however very shortly after adjusting scope of work of my repair request, Stephen reached out and was able to schedule the appointment to fix my sink immediately. Job was done in less than an hour. Stephen and Justin were very professional and courteous during the entire job and would highly recommend for any stonework in the future. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"
