Mike remodeled our small master bathroom from top to bottom. It was highlighted by the installation of the cultured marble bath tub walls. Project initially wet well until the vanity arrived damaged from the vendor and a replacement from a local store was not the right fit for the custom sink! Nothing was going right but no one panicked and we finally found a vanity that suited our needs. The project took much longer than we liked but in the end, it was worth the wait. Mike was very flexible and understanding during the entire project and always kept us up to date on the situation. In addition to remodeling our master bathroom, he also repaired the chimney chase wood moldings and installed floating shelves in the guest bathroom. They all turned out great!

Michael did a complete bathroom remodel at my mothers house. The bathroom was nearly 50 years old and needed a lot of help. Michael did an awesome job. He completely gutted the room, installed new flooring, tub, marble tub enclosure, toilet, sink, etc. It looks great, actually better than we had hoped for. In addition to his quality work, he also completed on schedule and arrived everyday as promised (seems to be a rare trait in the construction industry). A+ work and he is very friendly trustworthy person.

Michael came recommended from another trusted contractor. He was so easy to deal with and exceeded our expectations every single day - that the all "A" rating is undeniably accurate! The entire experience with Michael was seamless. He called ahead to coordinate times to be at the house that fit our schedule. Then he showed up as planned with the necessary materials, and performed all the work as discussed. I mean, every finite detail was scrutinized to make sure it was spot on - then he would status us on next steps and seek our input. We never had to worry about a mess, they put down runners throughout the house so that no dirt or debris fell onto the carpet or hardwoods during the remodel. They cleaned up impeccably after each visit and were conscientious of household activities while they were here. At one point Michael noticed that our front door wasn't latching quite right and took a moment to make that work properly so that it closed securely. Then with a smile at the end of the day, he asked me how that front door was closing - I was so surprised! The next day I shared with him that a couple of weeks prior, I had dropped the old light fixture off a ladder in the entryway and it fell on to the hardwood floor and shattered. He asked to see it and went out to his trailer and returned with a special repair kit to make that gouge in the cherrywood hardwood floor virtually disappear - amazing!! We were so pleased with his knowledge, craftsmanship, and care, that I asked him to build our fence. Michael has since been back to the house to help with additional projects. I have included a couple of pictures of the master shower and glass door that he recently replaced for us. Again, AAA Remodelers has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and we have highly recommended him to our friends and neighbors.

Michael's AAA Remodelers company has been supporting Classic Marble Interiors of Tacoma under contract. It was through my business with Classic Marble that I met Michael, who did the shower installation of Classic Marble's product. Michael was always on time through multiple engagements of taking measurements, construction of shower walls, and installation of the shower -- always responsive to answering interim questions (via phone, text, and email) since I was doing some of the preliminary construction preparation myself. He worked around some of my mistakes and was committed to getting the job done to my complete satisfaction. He takes pride in his work and treats every job as if he is working on his own house. I will definitely call him again for my next project.

We had both our bathrooms remodeled completly by Michael for the first job he did for us. We were so impressed with the quality and attention to detail he displayed that we actually contracted him again for a complete kitchen gut job and remodel. He goes above and beyond in all aspects of the project. The greatest thing he does is talks to you in a dialog you can understand. He took us around to see samples of all materials used on the project and even showed contrasting colors and helped to choose the best ones. My wife is so happy with how everything turned out and is completely in love with her kitchen. She even stated after the project was done if we ever bought a new house Michael was going to come with us and build her that dream kitchen again. In these times in is just so nice to find a contractor that is so much a professional as Michael is. Thank you again Michael and your services were above and beyond.

Michael was the most professional individual that any one would want. Took time to actually escort to the different shops to get all material for our project. Any questions or concerns we had he answered with expert knowledge. We have never done anything like this so for a first time experience all we can say thank you Michael for the excellent job and look forward to using you in the future.

Mr Dillion came out the same day that we called. A plumber had come out before to fix this shower and the pipe broke off at the threads. The plumber said that the whole shower was going to have to come out to get the problem fixed, and his company would not put another shower stall in. Instead we decided to call a remodeler that could do the whole job if that what was needed. Mr Dillion was able to remove the bit of threads from the other piece of pipe quickly and put in a new one, without taking out the whole shower stall and without making a big hole in the wall. He advised us on what to do to dry the affected areas and left a dehumidifier to help us do just that. We are so glad we called him.

I first talked to Michael the same day I called him. I believe on a Friday.  I told him that I was doing a remodel on my bathroom walls and on my bathroom floor.  He came to my house the next morning, Saturday.   I explained to him that I had already hired and paid someone to replace the bathroom floor, but that the drywall professional that had worked on the walls in my bathroom had noticed some black mold behind the toilet and a soft spot under the vinyl by the shower that he thought needed repair before the new tile could be laid. I also told him that I wanted to be sure there weren't any leaks in any of the pipes in the bathroom.  Michael told me he would investigate what was going on and that he was available to repair whatever needed to be repaired.  He then went into the crawl space and checked out the area under the bathroom.  He found some wet insulation  in the area of the black mold close to the toilet.  He said that he would need to check behind the wall where the toilet was as well as under the toilet for leaks, and he also investigated the soft area close to the shower.  He gave me an estimate of what the cost would be.  I agreed with the estimate.  He agreed to come back the next day, Sunday, and do the work.   Michael arrived the next morning close to the time he promised.  He immediately went to work removing the toilet and cutting into the wall.  He found that the toilet had a leak.  Luckily there was no leak in the wall. I asked him to check around the shower to see why the floor was soft there.  He pulled back the vinyl and found dry rot in the sub floor.  He explained that he would need to remove and replace that part of the sub floor.  He also had to remove the underlayment that being particle board was soft and slushy in the area of the toilet from the leak, and I believe around the shower. He removed it completely along with the rest of the vinyl.  He then set to work on removing all the dry rot and placing a very sturdy patch in the subfloor close to the shower. He checked under the shower which will eventually also need replacement in the next few years.  He then patched the wall and then primed it and texturized it.  He returned the next day Monday and finished priming and painting the wall.  He also replaced the underlayment with top grade plywood and felt.  The following day Tuesday the tile people came and laid the tile and put in the base.  Michael came the following day and replaced the flange and toilet set.  Michael did all of the work with ease and perfection.  He is pleasant and friendly and answered all my questions without reservations.  The walls and floor look perfect.

The experience was great from start to finish.  Michael listened to my wishes, made valuable suggestions and provided a detailed estimate at a fair price.  The finished product was so fantastic that I will be contracting with him to do the kitchen next!  The quality of the work is obvious.  Michael's skill level, and that of his assistant, is quite impressive and the end result was even better than what I had envisioned.  On top of all that, they were so personable and professional that it made for a truly wonderful working relationship.  I have already recommended this company to several others and will definitely use them in the future.  Couldn't be happier!

Mike was a master of doing this job, and, a few others that I threw his way. He helped with putting up my big screen Tv as well. He knew what I wanted for a shower, and, performed beautifully. Was very good at keeping the job going and even the clean up, You can't go wrong with AAA Remodelers.

Michael was prompt with initial estimate.  He listened to what we wanted, and did the work to find the correct tub that matched our wishes (unlike other bidders).  He scheduled start time several weeks out, but then had to delay the start.

Once started, he was efficient in demo.  He maintained a clean work space and was considerate of our home.  He started preliminary construction on time.  He then had to delay work waiting on the shipment of the tub as it had not been ordered early enough.  He did do a fair amount of extra work to make up for the delay on the tub. 

Once the tub arrived, he finished the installation of the tub and tile work in a timely manner.

Michael does excellent work, especially tile, backsplash and painting.  He was able to complete all of the work associated with the project himself, and was easy to work with.  He asked for input from us, was willing to make suggestions, and pointed out problems we might have with some of our ideas.

I would recommend AAA Remodelers for general remodeling work and will most likely have Michael do additional work when we need it.

Michael Dillion, of AAA Remodelers, remodeled our bathroom in April 2015. This included totally gutting our old bathroom, including taking out a large soaking tub. He reconfigured the floor plan, putting in a new shower, bathtub, toilet and vanity with new sink. He moved the toilet to where our old shower was, moved the shower to where the old tub was and moved the new tub where the toilet used to be. This meant he moved plumbing, electrical, and even a couple of wall lines. Plus he had to fix some of the bearing walls that had been installed incorrectly.

When he first came over, Michael immediately understood what we were trying to do, and made some great suggestions that we incorporated into the design. He is a master at everything he does, including plumbing, electricity, tiling, drywall, and painting. He did it all. And did it unbelievably well. Michael is a perfectionist that pays attention to the smallest detail.

When I asked him for things that seemed impossible, he always came through. For instance, the new shower has a window and I asked that the window be partially frosted. Michael had never done that before, but he just figured out how to do it, and now we have a frosted window.

When Michael ran into a problem, as these projects always do, I learned to trust that he would find a solution that worked. I can't begin to count the number of times that Michael had to modify a piece of plumbing, tile, etc., and he was always able to do it. I didn't choose the easiest tile to install, but Michael stuck with it with no complaints. 

I found that Michael is not only meticulous in his workmanship, but also wants to give the customer what they want. And the bathroom turned out really beautiful. He said he wanted to give us our dream bathroom, and he did.

Not only all this, but Michael was always cheerful and upbeat. He was very easy to be around. I like to believe that Michael became a friend, and is someone we will call for any of our future projects.

Michael did a really great job.   Everything he does - its done right.  He gave us options ( we did not want tile in the shower) and we ended up using 3 sheets of a beautiful cultured marble in our shower.  No tile to clean.  We would recommend AAA Remodelers to anyone.  He cleaned up very nicely every time he was here.  He's coming back today to give us an estimate on 2 gates that need to be replaced.  So, yes, we would use him again.

I called on Thursday and Michael was able to come out and give a bid on Friday.  He was also able to get the work done on Sunday as we were going to be home that day. and gave us a bid of $650.00 to replace vinyl and underlayment and reset the toilet.
What started out as a hopeful just rip up the old vinyl and underlayment  - turned into a larger job as we discovered that the the leak had been going for some time and had soaked into the subfloor.
He quickly reassessed what the job would require and whether he had the material/supplies to get the job completed that day.  He stated we should be able to get most of the job completed after getting a few supplies - and come back Monday afternoon to finish as needed.
Increased work - included ripping out whole subfloor in bath and building up framing as required to attach new sub-flooring before proceeding with initial scope of work.
Michael was able to complete the whole job in one day (extended his day to complete job). 
We are extremely pleased with Michael's professionalism throughout the job and quality of work of the completed project.  We would not hesitate to use him again on any similar projects in our house and will keep him in our reference file for future work.

GREAT JOB!  I contacted 3 contractors that I saw on Angie's List for remodeling a small bathroom.  As this bathroom is not used often, we had a limited budget for the remodel.  Mike came out, immediately understood what we wanted, and proceeded to explain what he would do and how it would be done.  He also gave us a price at the same time.  The other contractors did not understand the limited scope of the project.
Mike said it would take one week to do.  He started on Monday and was finished on Friday, as scheduled.  He did a great job, and paid attention to the little details. Mike cleaned up every day, and took care to keep the floors in the house clean.   We are very pleased with the final results.  In fact, it turned out better than we had imagined.  We are now considering remodeling our master bathroom.

The promised 7day start to finish and completed as promised.The process envolved removing a linen closet, install a heatlamp at shower entrance and a light over the shower.. New vynal floor covering and repainted entire bath.The flooring under the stool had deteriated due to unknown water leak and the sub flooring was replaced. This added slightly to the cost and time to complete the project but was unknown at the time the contract was signed.
