They scheduled us for about two weeks out, which was acceptable. A day or two later, they called and said they had a cancellation and could come out a few days later. They were right on time; prompt and efficient in completing the diagnosis and the repair. The cost was a bit higher than expected, but not unreasonable. "When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
