"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"The company was very communicative, with texts & emails telling me when a technician would be arriving, including a photo of the technician and a map to track their arrival. The same electrician performed the quote as did the work. He was amenable to the particular way that I wanted things installed, and worked with me to enable me to do the wiring to fixtures after he installed the circuits and pulled the home-runs. The work was quoted to take a half-day, but only took a few hours as an apprentice electrician was available to help the primary electrician do his work. They also filed permits for me, and allowed me to schedule the electrical inspection."

"I called Freedom systems to setup a consultation for security cameras. Jimmie showed up on time and gave me a lot of helpful information over and above what I was seeking. The quote was about $400-800 less than other's I've received, and the other companies took days to schedule a consult. I settled on 4 Hikvision 4 megapixel cameras and matching 8 Channel NVR. His installer was at my house about a week later installing the cameras. Installer Din, I think his name was, did a wonderful job hiding and securing all wires. He was courteous as well. About a month later, I noticed one of the camera feeds looked different than the other three. Jimmie had his installer swap the camera out for a new one. The system has been working flawless ever since. I had to contact Jimmie once more because Comcast changed my modem and the settings needed to be setup again. Jimmie replied after hours and followed up with a phone call the next morning, walked me through the setup. I'm very happy with the professional service and follow up commitment from Freedom Systems. Will definitely be using them again."
