They’ve remodeled, painted and maintained multiple elements of our home’s interior and exterior, including installation of numerous custom lighting fixtures, cabinetry, roofing detail and deck installation and maintenance. I love that he’s independent and thoroughly human, and just a super sweet guy as well as a highly skilled pro. I’ve also seen his work at other people’s houses including beautiful stonework and full home restoration. I’m honestly not sure what Jack and company can’t do!"

"Chris owner of his family construction firm was a great person and great help throughout the entire process which proved to be much more extensive than originally thought. Chris made sure that proper procedures were being followed and we understood each step of the way what was needed and costs involved. I felt very comfortable working with Chris because you could sense he was a good person and really cared about his work and company. I highly recommend Koi construction for any of your homes needs.
