"I appreciate the "A" rating. The homeowners were wonderful and very nice and would love to work for them again. however I'm confused about the B rating on the price and response category??? It was a small 3 week project and because of their situation and tight budget I dropped my painting price from $2,500 to $1,650. In the construction phase we completed multiple extras like milworks that were added after the original quote and down to repairing a gutter outside. we were working inside. I never charged a penny over the origanal quote, but I get a B on price? as far as response I have more text messages and emails than I get from customers on 6 month projects? we take these ratings very seriously. we have never recieved a B on anything from any customer so I'm a little confused and disapointed. I sincerely wish the customer all the luck in the world with their new home."
