"On day 1 they removed (sucked out) 3 levels (and three different types) of insulation. They were very neat and cleaned up afterward. They showed me pictures of the cleared attic. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft). They organized the entire job, including removing the insulation, setting up a new barrier, spray underneath my house with an antimicrobial chemical and reinstalling new insulation. They also orchestrated with a pest control company to come and set traps, and close up any holes that were ports of entry for the rats.
