This was 30 year old wallpaper that needed to come down and there was no telling what the condition of the walls would be and whether they could prep the walls for painting or I would need to re-paper. The bid was more than other bids I received, but I wanted the job done quickly. I called Louis because he had delivered quality work on the exterior paint from a previous job. Louis and Mark started at 8:00 am and worked till 7/7:30 pm. They were professional, courteous, had headphones on while they worked and were extremely focused. I was confident that they knew what they were doing and the results showed. You couldn't tell that there was wallpaper that had been there for 10 years. What was especially thoughtful was that Louis textured and blended the texture from a part of the kitchen to the nook so that one could not notice the difference
- Jack's Ever Green PaintingJack was punctual on our appointment and he looked at the whole house carefully and then gave me a very competitive quote with the agreement that Zero VOC paint from sherwin williams is used and no chemicals can be used when removing wallpapers since I have small kids a home. The wallpaper removal work turned out to be much more work but he didn't charge me more. Overall the work was nicely done. But there were some small issues left when the project was done like the towel bars were not put back properly, all the bulbs in masterbath got painted and I had to replace them. Jack came back later to fix some of them and I fixed the left. The project took a few days more but it was still within the hard deadline (my move-in date). Again overall I am satisfied with this project. I also asked Jack to do the exterior painting for me but he told me that it was actually not necessary since the current painting was in good shape and I appreciate his honesty

I likde the work he did so well that I hired him to repair the wall issues (owner had glued wall paper to dry wall), texture the walls and then paint the ceiling and walls of 3 bathrooms and master bedroom. Andres and the team were very professional, prompt, courteous and very maticulous in their work. They worked around my schedule and were very accomodating to the Holiday activities I had planned. When they were done they cleaned up everything, threw away all debris, wiped down the mirrors and floors and vacumed the areas they had walked and worked around. They communicated with me every step of the way so there were no surprises. They made it easy for me to choose the paint colors and gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend this company and especially working with Andres and the team. I am very happy with the outcome

Andrey was quite helpful in helping us define what we needed to paint, helping us elaborate on things we hadn't previously considered (like painting our pocket doors and insides of closets), worked with us to determine what areas would need the most attention and what areas we could likely get away with leaving alone. He also provided us with some additional contractors' phone numbers as he'd just had work done on his house and we were trading stories about what needed to get done and the horror stories of discovery (like what lies at your subfloor). Andrey seems very knowledgeable about his paint brands and types. He got back to us promptly (within 2 days) with a full estimate. Now we're just in a holding pattern with our flooring

"The repair of the dry rot near my deck was done well. They were able to remove the dry rot and replace the siding and the trim outside the kitchen near my deck. The repair went well and I was satisfied with how it looked. Cesar also replaced some old siding on the South side of my house and painted over the new siding and along the area where the dry rot had been replaced. He also stained the front door of my house. The siding and dry rot repair was done well and I was satisfied with it. The paint that he used did not adhere well to the new siding and I had to have Cesar and his crew come out and repaint it some months later. I also had the front door re-stained because the color was too dark. I could tell he was less than happy to come out but he came out and did the rework without any problems and he also re-stained the front door that I was not happy with. The work looked better after he had repainted the siding and re-stained the front door. This was all covered under his warranty that he honored. I would use Cesar and his crew again. He's generally OK to work with and takes requests well although his paint crew can be difficult to work with when asking for areas to be retouched. They'll still do it though.
