The amount of time it took them to complete was way over the estimation, and my neighbors said the workers spent most of their day smoking cigarettes and socializing. "We called Garcia Construction due to an emergency with our mom's home because of a possible water leak between the subfloor and rodent barrier and water pooling on the ground underneath her home. Jose assessed the concerns over the phone and came out to the property within a couple hours and even brought extra supplies he would need to fix the water leak/pipe break. He was extremely friendly, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions as he walked through the areas of the home to assess for potential internal leaks and then immediately crawled under the home to assess the potential damage. Luckily, there wasn't a leak but he found a rodent issue which was causing the rodent barrier to sag and the water pooling underneath the home was coming from the water gutters/drains. Jose went above and beyond for us! He also walked the outside of the house with us to look for rodent entry points, gave us suggestions on how to block access and guidance on how to address the rodent issue. NOW NO MORE RODENTS!! He also assisted us with our mom's storage drains because that was causing the issues with water pooling underneath her home.
