"This was my third real estate transaction with Jessica, and we had a successful outcome. As with my previous experiences, Jessica ably guided me through the process, which went very smoothly. Despite the weak market for small condos, she enthusiastically took on the task. She provided help with setting up the condo for maximum interest (advising on repainting, connecting with handymen, arranging staging), researched comps in order to find a good price point, and created very professional marketing materials. "The sale was amazing. The first home was my first ever home purchase. Jay was extremely well informed of the real estate markets in greater Seattle - Tacoma area. He also was extremely efficient, and used electronic signing to make it easier to move forward with the purchase. As someone in the military at the time, the electronic signing was a huge help because I didn't have to leave work to sign paperwork. Jay also has years of expertise in identifying signs of a good buy or an overpriced house that he shared with me as we went through the home buying process, and lots of information about different home features. (For example, the difference between septic and public sewer access, something I hadn't seen as I was new to the area at the time, and my hometown only used public sewer access.) When selling my home recently, Jay walked me through the entire process while I was out of country. He used video calls and electronic signing to guide me through the sales process, and coordinated the photos for the property all while I was away. Working with Jay on the purchase I made several years ago left a strong impression on me so I knew I would work with him again for the sale, but I had no idea he was this good at selling property. Within three days of posting the property, we already had numerous offers, and I'm confident this is in no small part due to Jay's excellent salesmanship and professionalism. For any customers in the military, or who are busy with a job and a family and might have trouble making frequent trips to a real estate office during the sales or buying process, I especially recommend working with Jay, as his use of technology makes the process so much easier.
