Emma bargains in kindness and sells relief! We hired her to help us organize our newly remodeled kitchen which we frankly didn’t know how to even begin to arrange. Her process is somehow precise and methodical while also being clever and creative. We had no idea, spices could be arranged like this. She even goes as far as to label everything to help you know where everything is when she’s gone. The only question we have now is; when can we get her back here to organize the rest of the house

Sabrina was a charm to work with! Easy communication, very accommodating to your preferences, and has great recommendations on the type of staging that will match the style of your home. Her pricing is extremely reasonable as she keeps her stock in house so she does not charge exorbitant fees for renting the furniture beyond the first month. Most companies will charge very high fees because they rent out all their furniture from other businesses and you pay those holding costs. She is passionate about what she does and has been in the business for a long time (unlike many other staging businesses that popped up during the recent housing boom). Our condo sold in less than a week for 5% more than a better unit that sold the month prior and I believe it was primarily due in part by the beautiful staging work done by Sabrina. I look forward to working with her again on all my future home sales

"We were very happy with our decision to hire Douglas to design a basement addition and kitchen remodel. We interviewed several architects and designers before hiring Douglas. Douglas had the lowest bid by far but his bid included support from design all the way through permitting. Douglas patiently worked through several iterations of the design with us until we had a design we could take to contractors for bidding. Douglas made several major revisions during the project based on feedback from the city permitting office, contractor, and structural engineer. Overall it was a great experience and far more affordable than the architects. I have a feeling the architects would have charged us for every revision but Douglas was true to his word that his original fee covered us all the way through the process!

"When getting ready to sell my Mercer Island home in August of 2012 I interviewed a number of real estate agents, and ended up

My main criterion in choosing a short list of agents to interview was a track record of selling houses in spite of the bad market conditions. I scrutinized their sales records and eliminated any who weren’t performing.
<br /> All the agents I interviewed were very experienced and probably would have done a decent job, but I chose Michael, not only because he had been selling houses in a down market, but I thought I could see why. Michael brings a creative, vibrant and delightful energy to the process that is just infectious. His knowledge and sales skills are formidable, but he also brings an upbeat “can do” attitude that I found very reassuring. His philosophy about bringing a house onto the market is that it should be like the opening of a Broadway show, and that was exactly the kind of energy I was looking for.
