They quoted 10-14 days , it took 22. Appraisal was at least $100,000.00 lower than market value. Don't use them

I got a return call right away from John Murphy. He told me he'd get out the next Sunday, then give me a call. On Wed. I called him, he was going to be out of town and would try to get my report back to me this week. I'm still waiting for my report. Not satisfied at all. I would not recommend him at all!

On time seemed professional and thorough

In the beginning communication is great very nice guy but once he got my money the communication is now lacking no return call after 5 to 6 attempts and received the inspection late and one of them was incomplete out of the 3 inspections

Mr Murphy at Summit Appraisal was very friendly, professional and approachable. When I talked to him on the phone I told him we had time constraints and he assured us he would meet them. He emailed the appraisal to us before his promised date. He was thorough and I would highly recommend him.

They were on time and did what they said they would do.

The appraisal was paid for in October and was completed then but I still have not received the report and am having a difficult time getting a response as to where it is after I was told it would be completed and mailed by the end of December 2016. At this point I am very concerned that I have paid for something I will never get. This is for an estate and is holding up the estate being able to be settled and what's worse is $500 has been paid for nothing which I am accountable to the estate for and will now have to come out of my pocket personally. I am unable to rate the quality of the service since it still has not been completed.

On time fair honest appraiser quick came ready to work informed up to date on what he needed to do would use again.

He explained what he was doing and what still needed to be done to complete the appraisal. Was very friendly and courteous.

I had a deadline and John was able to get me the appraisal in time for that. From what realtors have said, i would say it is probably fairly accurate.

Soon after I phoned, I was given an appointment. When done gathering the details of my house, I was told the report would be done in a certain time frame. However, the appraiser didn't deliver the report in the stated period. He didn't contact me to say he was having challenges locating comparable houses. I would have appreciated an email or phone call to say the job was running longer than expected. Otherwise, now that I have the appraisal report, it is professional and complete.

Very prompt and friendly service. He was able to come out the next day, which was fantastic.
