Jo and Doug were FANTASTIC when we were looking for our first home! They were extremely responsive, thought of every detail, and came with so much experience in both real estate and inspections that we couldn't feel more confident in them! Also, Jo is the absolute most amazing agent and person. Months after we closed on our home and moved in, we had a leak in our kitchen that went down the basement, and she immediately responded to my texts and then offered to come over and take a look with her husband. They were there incredibly fast at 8pm on a Friday! Seriously the best customer service of any business I've ever worked with. I couldn't recommend them enough - Jo will be our agent for life!!

Moving to a new location and entering the market during the off season, we really ran this team through the gauntlet. They were always very kind, professional and attentive. We viewed so many homes, and even when one home we were negotiating on went south, we always felt we were well represented and we were truly partners throughout the entire process. We are very hands on buyers and never felt talked down to or otherwise treated in any way other than respectful. We asked for advice and opinions and the times when we went with our own decisions, the team respected our decisions. Jo Paccapanoccia and Doug Mitts are the best in the business! We will use them again when we are ready to sell/buy.

The Mitts Home Team are the best of the best. Doug’s experience, knowledge of home prices and the area, and connections in the field are invaluable. With Doug on our side we were able to know what to expect when we put an offer on a short-sale property, and his advice helped us decide that the potential deal was worth the risk inherent in the unpredictable short-sale process. Doug and Bryan were both quick to respond whenever we called with a question, and were happy to show us homes in the evenings after I got off work. They were also very patient when our one-year-old needed attention. Bryan also went above and beyond when the dishwasher sprung a leak after the water was turned on for inspection about a week before we closed. Because the house was vacant, Bryan was the first to notice the problem and was very proactive about it, including setting up his own dehumidifier to help dry the place out. We highly recommend the Mitts Home Team.

I worked with Bryan Boykin…a very patient, ethically-minded, and knowledgeable real estate agent. He went above and beyond in helping me find my dream home! Doug and his team are truly exceptional. The patience, kindness, thoroughness and education I received throughout the process made me so comfortable and actually, mostly calm, during the time it took to find the home of my dreams. They took care of me as thoughtfully and with as much care as if I were actual family. Communication with them was always quick and even between each other they seemed to know me, my life and what I was looking for and the reasons I didn't go with other houses. They were always on the look out for things that would be a concern if I were to move into homes and Doug especially was amazing at contextualizing his concerns so I never felt like I was over reacting or that he was unconcerned with anything. Even after I purchased my home - the team has been checking in on how everything is going and providing helpful tools/checklists so that I'm doing everything the best way possible. The Mitts Home Team was great! I couldn’t ask for a better team to be working on my behalf from start to finish. I had been in my home for over 30 years with much decluttering to do and house projects to complete before listing. Doug and his team provided direction on what to focus on as well as providing contractor suggestions to get the job done right. After receiving a full price offer within 24 hours of listing, they went above and beyond to assist with coordinating repairs after contract resolution and meeting the contractors at the home, which was difficult for me to coordinate due to my work schedule. I appreciated being in partnership with such a great team, and recommend them every opportunity I get.
