1.1k+ Most of the work was good quality, but the shower surround was cheap, trim was not sealed at ends, and caulking has already failed. The panels "bulge" every time shower is used. Had it not been for these improperly installed panels, I would have given a much higher rating.

The work was performed on time and on budget. They explained all of my options by phone. I decided to change the color of my tub from tan to white to match some new fixtures in the bathroom. The 30 year old tub looks brand new! Great job.
This is for my moms house. Because I had such a good experience with Jim Dandy I used them for her house also. The tub valve in master bath was leaking and in need of replacement. The service tech was wonderful. I was not able to be there but the tech treated my mom like he would his own mom....
