The arborist was fantastic and gave me a rundown on the entire yard, what I had, how to care for them. In the ensuing years, it's evident the business is growing and they are hiring like crazy. Some of the newer crew (and younger) are not as "caring" about clean-up, therefore I did not give the all "A" rating I would have a few years ago. And there was misunderstanding between estimator and the crew - they did not follow his instructions. But they sent a second crew to fix the issues and in the end we were happy with the results. I'd just like to see the arborist again. He was great!"
