"Scammers and liars , I called SGA to check out my gate because it stopped working , after couple of days someone came out with no tools or parts had only a Multimeter, there was no power going to the control board and he told me i need a new control board , i don’t know how could he do that without power !!! he literally spent three minutes and then took a picture of the control board and said he or another technician wil come out with a new control board but never heard back from them , a few days later i took the battery to an auto part store and asked them to test it , they said the battery was seven years old and it’s dead, so i purchased a new battery , after installing it back the control board started working just fine. i called SGA and asked them what happened and i told them that the board is fine and their technician did not diagnose anything so they stared making up stories and gave me a whole bunch of lies DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL , THEY WILL SCAM YOU by the way i got a call from someone at GSA today and told me they will install a new control board for $900 !! and a new system would cost $9000 the control board cost about $250-$300 and i’m sure they can get much cheaper and literally takes five minutes to replace . i don’t know why they want to charge almost $700 for five minutes of work?. and a whole brand new complete system by LiftGate cost only $2600 here is the link, [*** Link removed ***] time to install a complete system is about 2-3 hours but they want to charge $7000 just for labor!!! these people are scammers ."

Animal Fencing questions, answered by experts

While power washing isn't a requirement before you stain a fence, it can make the job much easier and faster while reducing manual labor requirements. The stain will not work if the wood is full of dirt and dust, so power washing, sometimes called pressure washing, is a fast and effective way to prepare the wood for staining. It's also essential to provide shade and fresh water. You may want to consider installing a dog-friendly surface on concrete areas like artificial turf. Additionally, regularly inspect for potential hazards, such as sharp objects or broken glass. Most importantly, supervise your dog during outdoor time to ensure their safety.

A barbed wire fence will last an average of 15 to 20 years, but the life expectancy can range anywhere between five and 50 years. Thicker wires last longer, as do fences made with galvanized metal. If the barbed wire fence is in a climate with harsh winters and summers, it likely won’t last more than 10 to 15 years. Failing to keep up with maintenance and repairs will also shorten the lifespan of a barbed wire fence.

You can DIY a stockade fence installation, but prepare to put in some good sweat equity. For the best results, carefully plan the exact location of your fence before you break ground. In particular, carefully map out your post locations before setting them in concrete. Be sure to call your local utility company before digging to avoid damaging underground wiring and causing severe injury.
