"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! She went over my project in detail and said that this kind of technical work would probably be best served by a company that specializes in this cable and ethernet install. We also went over what they CAN do for me in the future and she sent me a list about that and their COVID-19 protocol to keep them and us safe! Also they are fully insured and the team brings a lot of extras in the truck with them to get the work done that day. Some of the services involved rather technical tasks that we could not perform ourselves (correcting defectively functioning door hinges, adjusting and modifying door hardware, re-caulking between countertops and under mount sinks, caulking between cabinet trim and the ceiling, touching up paint, and securing a loose outdoor porch post to a concrete walkway.) Other tasks involved helping us as senior citizens with maintenance jobs that are hard for us (replacing LED lights and tubes in complicated and hard to reach overhead fixtures, and cleaning fan and air vent openings).
