"Working with Jack's Evergreen Painting was a very positive experience. We met with Andrey to discuss the scope of the project. He took his time with us and paid attention to the details we cared about. We had some high-maintenance areas of trim on our home that were clearly going to be no problem for Andrey and his team. He connected us with a carpenter to do siding repairs and add facia board, and he helped establish a schedule that would allow for all of the steps of the project to be completed in an efficient order. When it came time for pressure washing, that crew was great, and I was most impressed with Marco and Byron, the actual painters. They were highly communicative; we had conversations every day about how it was going and if things were looking like we had envisioned. They took pride in their work and cared about our satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely hire them again."

"This company is fantastic! 1. Out of the 5 companies I was considering for insulation replacement (yes 5), their quote was the only one that was itemized and understandable. You knew each task you were paying for as well as what the workers were promising to deliver, which is extremely important when dealing with contractors. I found this out having met with 20+ over the last month. 2. They had the most reasonable price, and Rory in particular worked to volunteer his expertise on what our situation needed/did not need with an honesty that is hard to come by because it did not come off as self-serving or trying to take advantage of our lack of expertise. 3. They were reliable, on time, and very communicative every step of the way. They touched base frequently about our complicated situation, they were available for price discussions, and they were direct in communicating arrival and finishing times. I was extremely impressed. 4. The individuals at this company went above and beyond the call of duty. Rory was a pleasure to deal with; he reminds me of the neighbor you want to have because he has great advice, good contacts if you need work outside his company, and reasonable suggestions for what you can do to fix things, and to boot he was extremely available. He even answered our many calls with random questions off-work hours AND he volunteered to come out himself again outside of work hours just to help figure out the steps to fixing our problem. Debbie was affable and an organized presence on the phone. The other staff we worked with- Santiago, Rafael, Luis, and Felix- were all extremely courteous and hardworking during the projects. 5. They worked to coordinate with other contractors without me having to micromanage anyone. I had a roofing company, arborist/tree service, and vent cleaners on site. They were able to navigate their own working space and work in tandem on the roof with the roofers to replace the insulation on the cathedral portion of the house when the underdeck was ripped off, as well as add baffles appropriately. 6. They brainstormed to fix problems we were having at extremely reasonable prices. Example: The attic portion of my home was missing half the ceiling (had to be removed because of extensive mold damage) and they helped me place drywall so we could replace the insulation on the timeline we initially agreed to. It saved my husband and me a lot of money and heartache. What more could you want from a company? The biggest impression I walked away with is that this company actually cares about your situation. My husband and I were purchasing a new home in need of a lot of repairs. We have a toddler and I am third-trimester pregnant. With the move, the unpleasant relationship we had with the previous owners of our home, the strain on our finances, and the overwhelming stress of finding new problems everywhere we looked, I can only say I am extremely grateful we went with Madrona Home Services. He got another can of palm and redid it however the bathroom is two different colors not sure about my other wall down stairs. The upstairs wall is better but not to what it was, I can live with that one buf the other I can't . He offered to fix it go $500.00. Why would I pop at that when you agreed to fix drywall and paint for $1000"
