"Our recent experience with Final Cut General Contracting was amazing. We have a cabin at Stevens Pass that needed extensive repairs due to water damage. Although it was a complicated project to coordinate due to the distance from suppliers and supply chair problems, it was handled very professionally. I really appreciate how closely he stayed in touch with us about the project and sent many photos as the work progressed. Since we live in the Seattle area, it was not possible for us to keep close tabs on the project in person. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and does beautiful work. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
