"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Christopher was amazing. Showed up on time, worked ALL day, went above and beyond in rebuilding my deck - doubling it in size and painting it also, at NO extra cost from his estimate. I would 100% recommend him for any job, and will have him back to do more for me. His estimate was half of two others. "Working with the Ybarra team, Daniel, Alfredo, Jacob and Jason was an outstanding experience. We had a large project flattening a slope, installing a retailing wall, cedar fence, pavers, river rock and a railing on our deck. Everything was exactly how we envisioned it and the work was extremely high quality. The team was fast and listened to all of my concerns. "I bought a school bus and I hired Henry to turn the bus into a RV. The design he came up with gave me tons of confidence and in the end I was very pleased with the results. He built the seats where there could be storage, he built the kitchen cabinets by hand and the counter top with spare lumber and it came out beautifully, he also built the restroom with a nice size shower. He used corrugated sheet metal for the walls of the shower, the bedroom came out nice and lots of storage, he laid in the laminate flooring, and he painted the interior and exterior."
