"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You should wait three to six months after you buy it to paint pressure-treated wood. It needs time to dry from the chemicals applied to it. This can help avoid over spraying, which can lead to drips, bubbles, and other imperfections on your finished product.

Many premium deck paint formulations are self-sealing, eliminating the necessity for an additional topcoat.
