"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"

"Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."

They were even able to start ahead of schedule. My bathroom fixtures were moved around to function better, give me more space, and the space was fully renovated. I am in love with the tile work that they did. In my kitchen they were able to change the layout, to give me the open concept I wanted. I was able to switch from electric to a gas range and the cabinetry that was installed is beautiful/high quality. I was correct in trusting his scheduling. Jay's crew were here to lay forms, accurate measurements, as well as grading the project the way I wanted for my selective runoff. the day of the pour Jay wanted a early AM pour due to extreme heat.  

The crew worked all day because they appear perfectionists' and I'll agree. They helped kids write there names in slab, they really enjoyed that.
