Let’s see- where do I start? My love affair with Andrew and Sound Waterworks is years in the making. These lovely plumbers have saved me countless times as a woman with an overly giant amount of plumbing needs ranging from basic old house stuff to commercial. I call them my fairy god daddies. Kind, prompt, reliable, gets the job done and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough. I think it also should go without saying that I trust them alone in all my homes and businesses and they have keys to everything. The BEST.

Although the old heater hadn't yet failed, the HOA informed me of insurance requirements that my existing setup didn't meet. I needed earthquake straps, a drain basin, and a new expansion tank. My basement flooded when my sump pump died and ruined my gas water heater down there, too. Because I didn't have any hot water, Sound Waterworks tried to make sure they got out here as soon as they could fit me in, and, thankfully, they made it within the day. Andrew replaced my sump pump, and, after a lot of tinkering was able to get my water heater working again - I was so thankful! Replacing a water heater can be so expensive, so this guy was my hero.
