DP Palmer Painting & RestorationSkipping to the end, I couldn't be happier. We own an old craftsman that we bought many years ago and have been working on it as a labor of love for years. We decided to sell it and had to tackle a job that has eluded us. In many of the repairs we had to make, we had to replace wood trim but we wanted to match to the original trim. We also had missing pieces that would require finish carpentry. Larry came to review the project and gave excellent advise on the esthetics of some of the trickier items. His crew came in and was very professional and courteous. Larry was available at all times when questions came up and quickly addressed all of my questions and concerns. We hoped that the matching would be adequate but it so exceeded our expectations and now looks like that picture we had in our minds when we took it on years ago. The advise Larry gave us on the external stain really took the curb appeal from blah to popping. It's beautiful and it is bitter sweet to finally achieve our vision and then sell it. Emerald Pro PaintingWe thought Emerald Pro Painting did an out standing job painting our home. Very friendly and detailed about their work. They came out several days before the scheduled prep day and pressure washed the house exterior including the deck (not being painted). The Prep work was thorough and detailed. We had a few days of rain and they kept an eye on the weather and kept us informed. When they came out to paint, they were careful to protect the home and surrounding landscape. O'Shea's PaintingI had called 4 different painters to get quotes for painting my house. Jerri Bauer was the first one out and after seeing and hearing the other 3, I went with O'Shea's Painting. They did an excellent job. Very professional, neat and hard workers. They came and power washed one day and few days later came to prep for painting. Before I knew it they were painting the house. I am very pleased with all the work they did and attention to detail. When they left for the day everything was clean and neat. I would highly recommend them or use them again. E&A Painting LLCWe partnered with EA painting for a complete exterior painting of our Sammamish home. Vadim was the first person we interacted with to obtain an estimate. From the very beginning, Vadim set himself apart from the rest of the bidders by his preparedness, use of technology, and frequent communication with us about that project. Most importantly, the bid was very competitive, and they had the reviews to back them up. After agreeing on a statement of work, we were introtuced to Slavic who helped us schedule all the activities and coordinate paint colors, etc. He also was very patient in working with our not so expedient HOA approval. Despite the HOA delay, Slavic was still able to put us on the schedule despite a very busy spring and summer schedule. Finally, the actual painters who worked on our home were Lucy and Carlos. They did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home, and I would highly recommend them to anyone working with EA in the future. Their attention to detail, daily communication, schedule flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our special requests totally exceeded our expectations. We have a very unique home with complex architecture and a certain character that requires a lot of attention to small details in order for the job to be done right. Lucy and Carlos did exactly that, and more, and we are extremely grateful for their exptertise and craft. This was the best experience! We worked with Una who gave us a timely estimate, the best price by far, and the best communication! He followed up and started the job when he said he was going to. He was clean, did excellent work, guarantees his work, and told me he would be back in the spring to make sure all the caulking was correct and if touch-ups were needed! He was knowledgeable and worked even over the weekend!! My house looks amazing and that wasn't even the best part! He did all of this from Seattle and I live in Washington DC!
